Geoff's knowledge, his clinical application, and how he treats everything like an engineering expert is second to none. He will always provide an accurate diagnosis and treat the mechanical cause rather than the symptoms. Often he is 'the go to guy' in the county, being recommended by a large majority of Orthopaedic Consultants and GP's in the area. Still going strong at nearly 40, Geoff is still a Great Britain Age Group Triathlete, and uses his knowledge of athletic training alongside his therapeutic input extremely effectively. Up to the age of 18 he was a national swimmer. At 19, he became a Great Britain Modern Pentathlete. Since 2007, he hsa been an avid triathlete competing at many World Age Group Championships. To date he still has one of the fastest swims in the Age Group World of Triathlon!

Patrick has a particular interest in chronic pain and injury.
In addition, he has extensive experience in movement correction and coaching for sport - from Pilates to strength and conditioning.
Dave is an expert in lower limb sports injuries both to diagnose and to successfully return to play following extensive rehabilitation.
Although Dave can treat anything from spines to shoulders, he loves the hip/knee and ankle. With over 20 years of clinical practice under his belt, Dave adds a wealth of sports experience to our team.
Phil wears his heart on his sleeve and will never give up, trying his utmost to maximise his client's recovery. He always goes above and beyond to provide an excellent service. To unwind he likes with a good game of squash, as well as spending time with his family.

Faye is dedicated to helping patients recover, manage pain, and improve mobility through personalised treatment plans. She is thrilled to be a part of the team at 5 Valleys, where she continues to offer expert care and support to individuals on their journey to recovery.
She has a fantastic approach and is loved by all of her clients. Like many of our team, Anh can assess and treat anything that comes through the door, from back pain to sports injuries and joint replacements. Anh can also perform acupuncture, which is a fabulous compliment to her clinical approach to physiotherapy.
