Yoga is a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices that derived from ancient India. There are a number of different applications that you will find depending on what best suits you. We try and keep our classes focussed on the physical element, utilising breathing to allow muscles and other soft tissues to relax, to then allow them to be stretched. Primarily the back and pelvis are common areas that clients wish to unlock, and Yoga provides a tool to achieve this over common stretching.
Our classes do vary so please check what is on with the clinic as we do have periods where classes are absent
Pay as you go:
£10 per class but this does not guarantee a space, numbers depending
£36 for a block of 4 consecutive weeks
Please note: Pre paying for you space reserves it for 4 weeks to attend. Failure to attend does mean the session is lost and is not redeemable.
